The 18th Edition of the festival was held on Saturday 22 May 1993 at the [[Oratory]] at [[Birkirkara]]. 46 original songs were submitted and the final 15 were chosen by a professional jury. The final night was transmitted on [[TVM]] and the songs published on cassette. A booklet with the song lyrics was published and given to the audience.

L-Għanja tal-Poplu booklet 1993
