==The Festival==
The 13th edition of the Festival was organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the guidance of Fr [[Maurice Mifsud]], by the name of [[Festival YTC]]. The final night, compered by [[Connie Farrugia]] and [[Aldo Drago]], was held at the [[Scouts Headquarters Hall]] in [[Floriana]] on 18 May 1985.
The Eleventh Edition of the Festival, organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the leader of [[Maurice Mifsud Fr.]]. The festival again was named [[Festival ta' Kant Folk]]. For this edition in the Final night, taken part sixteen songs. After ten years  held at [[St Albert College]], [[Valletta]], this year the festival moved to the [[Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Phoenicia]] at [[Floriana]] and was held on 14 May, 1983.

The Stage was designed by [[Jack DeDomenico]], while [[Tessie Galea]] made the flower arrangements.

The Stage was designed by Jack DeDomenico, while Tessie Galea made the flower arrangements.

In change of the sound and audio was Charles Dalli was in charge of sound and audio while Rene' Desira was responsible for lighting.
