Mario Debono

Mario Debono was born in Birkirkara on 3 June, 1954. He is a songwriter composer.

Mario was one of the veterans singers songwriter taken part in L-Għanja tal-Poplu, festivals since 1978.

He won the Festival twice; in 1980 with his song Noli, and in 1986 with his song Il-Pappa. Last Year he taken part again with her sister Miriam Galea with the song Bħal Għasfura.
