The 13th edition of the Festival was organized by the Youth Travel Circle (YTC), under the guidance of Fr Maurice Mifsud, by the name of Festival YTC. The final night, compered by Connie Farrugia and Aldo Drago, was held at the Scouts Headquarters Hall in Floriana on 18 May 1985.
The Stage was designed by Jack DeDomenico, while Tessie Galea made the flower arrangements.
In change of the sound and audio was Charles Dalli was in charge of sound and audio while Rene' Desira was responsible for lighting.
