The Twelfth Edition of the Festival was organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the guidance of Fr [[Maurice Mifsud]], by the name of [[Festival ta' Kant Folk]]. Fifteen songs participated in the final night held on the 19 May 1984. The final night location returned to [[St Albert College]], [[Valletta]], after a short spell at [[Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Phoenicia]] in [[Floriana]].

==The Festival==
The Stage was designed by [[Martin Morana]], while Tessie Galea made the flower arrangements. [[Charles Dalli]] was in charge of sound and audio while [[Miriam Attard Dougall]] was responsible for lighting.
The Twelveth Edition of the Festival, organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the leader of [[Maurice Mifsud]] Fr. The festival again was named [[Festival ta' Kant Folk]]. For this edition in the Final night, taken part fidtheen songs. After the experence in the [[Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Phoenicia]] at [[Floriana]], the festival return back to [[St Albert College]], [[Valletta]], and was held on 19 May, 1984.

The Twelfth Edition of the Festival was organized by the Youth Travel Circle (YTC), under the guidance of Fr Maurice Mifsud, by the name of Festival ta' Kant Folk. Fifteen songs participated in the final night held on the 19 May 1984. The final night location returned to St Albert College, Valletta, after a short spell at Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Phoenicia in Floriana.

The Stage was designed by Martin Morana, while Tessie Galea made the flower arrangements. Charles Dalli was in charge of sound and audio while Miriam Attard Dougall was responsible for lighting.

The show was compered by Simone Delceppo and Victor Cremona.
