The Fourth Edition of the Festival was organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the guidance of Fr [[Maurice Mifsud]], by the name of [[Festival Folk]]. Twenty-one songs took part in the final night on 29 May 1976 at [[St Albert College]], [[Valletta]].
