Young Willie Apap is a bronze cast created in 2002 of a plaster cast made in the 1940s / 1950s by the artist Vincent Apap. It is the likeness of the artist's brother, Willie Apap, as a young boy. The bronze cast was donated to Fondazzjoni Kreattività in 2002 and is held in the Fondazzjoni Kreattività Art Collection.

It was first exhibited at St James Cavalier, Valletta, in 2015, and featured in the Art from the Fondazzjoni Kreattività Collection: Documenting 2000-2006 exhibition held there in 2016. Since then it has been on permanent display.
