Kapitlu Tlettax is a duo formed by Joseph and Edward, and their style is Hip Hop.
They were know each other way back to 2013 on the school benches, This duo was formed recently, exactly in the summer of 2015 when they were taken a glass of wine near the fresh sea. And they were speaking on certain ideas and views. And there decided issuers and share their talents with the Maltese public.
This duo is based on a Maltese hip hop !! Their interest is to create a style of hip hop a little rebellious and slightly satirical, but there are also with sentimental element. Hit and touch the hearts of everyone, both around them, both those who loved them and even hate them !! Recently worked on a music video with Shyli Cassar, track bearing the name of Inutli Titkaza.
The album will be out on 22 May, 2016, contains 10 tracks and deals stories that are base on reality pleading occur at any time and every time. The aim is to get our message to those people who are most vulnerable to abuse or downward spiral.
In April, 2016 they finished Finalists in the L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2016 – Festival tal-Kanzunetta Maltija with the Song Tama and will feat with them Shyli Cassar that took part in the lyrics along with her brother Jasmar Cassar while the music is DJ Mac David Leguesse and Shyli. For future we also took some collaborations with some local artists and last and least we have many tranks for our second album plained to work on some music videos apart.
On 2 September, 2017 Kapitlu Tlettax with Ina Robinich and Dominic Cini taken part in L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2017 with the song ‘Antifona ta’ Mħabba’ lyrics by Joseph Calleja and music by Edward Magri. On 16th May, 2023 Kapitlu Tlettax and Grecia Bezzina made it to the Final Night of the 47th. Edition of the L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2023 with the song Kreattivita tal-Pastizzi lyricist by Emil Calleja Bayliss and Kapitlu Tlettax together and composed by Kapitlu Tlettax. The Final Night will be held on Saturday 5th. August, 2023. At the at the Pjazza Teatru Rjal in Valletta.
