John Bundy

John Bundy born in Floriana on 10 March, 1960. He his Disc jockey, radio and television presenter, producer and Actor.

He was educated at St Francis School at Cospicua ans St Paul’s Missionary College, Rabat. He also attended the MCAST, at l-Imsida.

John Bundy obtained a diploma in CMC Entertainment Marketing from Carlton Broadcastig Portman, in London, a diploma from D.R.Corporation Production TV. From Byen Broadcasting Corporation, Denmarkm certificate One Year Compilation radio from BBC 4, London and certificate in PR Communications, from Carlton Telecomunications, London.

He spend 10 years with Radio 101 as disc-jockey, he presented varius TV programmes including Bonġu for PBS and Breakfast show for Net TV.

In 1972 he had his first contact with the media in the programme Studio Għat-Tfal presented by Renato Agius Muscat and Fr. David Azzopardi on TVM.

As a singer, Bindy was the winner of the Un Disco Per L’Estate Giovane in 1976, of Canzonissima Song Festival Malta in 1980. L-Għanja tal-Poplu with the song of Martin Attard Pajjiz tal-Miki Maws which was stil famous till today, and the Malta Song Festival in 1995. In 1978 he won the Best Young Composer Festival of Arts.

He won the Best Personality of the Year in 1996, and in 1999 was the Guinness World Marathon at Radio 101. In 2008 hu was voted as the most popular TV presenter.

He was also manager for a short period of Radio A3FM based at Buġibba. and presented on One TV u programm named Ma Bundy

Presently, John is the CEO at PBS.
