This page is the main place to elaborate on and/or link to all Intellectual Property Rights issues related to M3P.
M3P & Intellectual Property Rights
M3P has been consulting with Dr Jeanine Rizzo, an Intellectual Property law specialist based in Malta, on all matters relating to IPR. She gave a presentation about IPR issues relating M3P at the Inaugural Symposium on 25 September 2010 and followed it up with a workshop/forum on the same theme during the first day of the M3P Inaugural Conference on 3 June 2011. A document based on these two events will be made available here in early 2012.
