The Festival

The Festival has been organized by the Youth Travel Circle (YTC)in 1973. under the leader of Maurice Mifsud Fr.. It was a festivals between friends and members who were singer-songwriters of the YTC, as one of their activies. This first edition of this festival was named Festival ta' kant folk akkumpanjat mill-kitarri.

The festival was held on 5 May, 1973 at St Albert College, Valletta.
