Joe Mizzi (born 20 March 1959) is a rock singer and songwriter from Hamrun, Malta. He moved to Germany in 1987 and operated from there throughout the 1990s and 2000s.

Bands he was associated with include B3, Stratkast, and High 'n Dry.

His album Angels Fall, containing 11 tracks recorded between 2009 – 2010 mastered by Jan Ohlhorst at Finemastering.de, was released on 10 January 2011. The promotional track Ten Hills was released online in December 2010. This song was featured on Toni Sant's 239th Mużika Mod Ieħor podcast on Saturday 18 December 2010. The title track from the album appeared on the 242nd MMI podcast.
