Mro. Emanuel Camilleri kien iben Lorenzo Camilleri u Francesca Busuttil. Huwa twieled f’ Ħaż-Żabbar fil-25 ta’ Ġunju 1904.

Kien suldat mal-RMFA. Huwa iżżewweġ lil Giuseppa Schembri fil-Knisja Parrokkjali ta’ Ħaż-Żabbar fil-15 ta’ Lulju 1928.

Fl-1935 kien membru tal-Kummissjoni mwaqqfa biex teżamina l-istrumenti l-ġodda tas-Soċjeta.

Mro. Camilleri, kien magħruf bil-laqam ‘ta’ Maltempu’, huwa frott is-Soċjeta Filarmonika Maria Mater Gratiae fejn tgħallem il-mużika u kien kurunettist prim.

Bejn il-prejodu tas-26 t’April, 1936 sa l-1943 kien Assistent Surmast. Waqt li bejn l-1943 u it-30 ta’ Settembru, 1944 kien is-Surmast ta’ l-istess Soċjeta. Waqt li bejn id-9 t’April, 1953 sa l-5 ta’ Diċembru, 1955 kien reġa serva bħala Assitent Surmast. Mro. Emmanuele Camilleri kien miet fejn kien emiga fi New York nħar is-7 t’Ottubru 1964.
