Silvio Schembri

Silvio Schembri was born in Pietà on 29 January 1958. He is a singer, musician and leader of the ex-Misty.

He learned the guitar through his cousin Silvio at the age of 14. His first band was named Cycopad in 1965. And later in 1977 he formed Misty.

After Misty was spint at 1998 Silvio went away aboard and settle in Tenerife, and he till today he played as a solo, and with other musicians, he work twice a day 7 night a week all year round.

In his career Silvio played with Rick Wills, the bass player of Foreigner and Brian May guitarist of queen, as he was a friend of the owners of one of the local pubs here in Tenerife, and with him he played only one blues number together in the pub as he was in the restaurant eating with my boss.
