Misty

Misty was formed around 1977, The original members were Silvio Schembri , Reno, Mario and Joe Debattista.

Normaly they use to play at the Caraben night club at Ħal Far and the Rivera Martinique Hotel at Golden Bay.

From time to time the band line was change during the years and their was members like Dominic Vella, David Xuereb, Donald Cini, Joe Cucchardi, Twanny Muscat, Norman Spiteri, the late Joe Mc. Keon, Aldo Borg, Joe Psalia, Tony Polidano and Ino Romano.

Misty never had the opportunity to went played aboard, but they in Malta issued three great songs on vinyl records on 45 rpm, the first one was Misty as an A side, with the B side was Tfajla, with the band in those days was named as Silvio & The Misty.

The second hit was Xewqa and Imħabbti as Misty. And on 1983 they issued Crazy Lady with the B side was Sunshine.

In 1982 Misty issued their first cassette with eight songs, seven in english and one in maltese called 'Futur', the name of this cassette was One.

The band was running till they finished in 1998 and Silvio some months later went to Tenerif.
