Analise Mifsud

Analise Mifsud was born on 25 December, 1993 in Pietà Malta. She is an emerging singer, musician and actress.

She started studying the piano at the age of 5 with her mother Dorselle Mifsud Bonnici L.R.S.M., L.T.C.L., L.B.C.A.(T.D.), L.B.C.A., L.Mus.L.C.M., and achieved her A.T.C.L. Diploma in 2010, and her L.T.C.L. diploma in 2013.

At the age of 13 she started studying singing with Phyllisienne Brincat, after which she started taking classical training with Gillian Zammit. In the begaining of her career Analise, used the stage name of Esilana. She achieved distinction in all singing exams of Trinity College London. She also performed in France, Germany and Spain with the Junior College Orchestra, and took part in the Masterclass of the Mediterranean in Sicily. Here she performed in two concerts in Siracusa and Troina.

Analise was also a backing vocalist in Amber Bondin song Answer With Your Eyes music by Ray Agius and lyrics by Alfred C. Sant in the Malta Eurosong 2012, which finished third place, as well as taking part in the opening of the Eurosong for two consecutive years. She is currently furthering her studies in both singing and piano, and is taking a B.A.(Hons) in music at the University of Malta.

Analise is always adding more exciting experiences to her artistic career. Having been interested in drama from an early age, she took part in school drama productions and also in some musical theatre productions with Masquerade.

From 2011, she played the role of Patsy May in D.R.E.A.M.S. on Maltese television.

In 2012, Analise was a finalist in the Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza song festival, with the song Tagħna l-Isbaħ Żmien, composed by Ray Agius with lyrics by Alfred C. Sant.

She is also a piano teacher and is the director of the Nicolo Isouard Choir in Mosta.

On 17 September, 2015 Analise Mifsud taken part in the Final of Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2015 with the song Kuraġġ written and compose by herself and win this edition of this Festival.
