[[Curmudgeon]] is the moniker under which [[Timothy Garrett]] (former [[Wyrd Animals]] front-man) undertakes and releases his solo music.
Timothy Garrett is a Maltese bassist and guitarist, who formerly fronted [[Wyrd Animals]], plays bass and guitar in [[Krishna]]. He was also the bassist for [[The Suburbanite]] for a brief period of time.


The project took on a serious note after [[Wyrd Animals]] dissolved. However, after a début which did not go well, Garrett changed his styles and method of playing. The music itself is now based around bass guitar, and has been described as experimental.
Garrett also releases solo music (formerly under the moniker [[Curmudgeon]]). The project was not considered seriously for a time by Garrett. However, after Wyrd Animals dissolved in late 2012, Garrett took a more serious approach to the project, and started recording demo's at home using his iPod. As of 2016 Garrett has taken his own name for releases.
 
After the success of the first release, an EP, entitled [[Δ.]] (released on 7/4/2013), Garrett decided to continue making this type of music, conceding that he had found his true style of playing.
