Spiru Bonnici l-Lupajp
was an improvised verse folksinger from Żejtun. Known for his crisp voice, he comes from a family rooted in the tradition.
His nephew is folksinger Clinton Bonnici tal-Lupajp and his aunt was Anġla Mifsud iċ-Ċalija. As a folksinger, he performed in Ninu Galea l-Kalora's group.
Bonnici passed away in 2011, aged 64 years.
