Shane Delia is one of Melbourne’s celebrity chefs. He undertook his apprenticeship at Le Restaurant at the Hotel Sofitel where he excelled within the traditional kitchen structure. At the age of 21 he was appointed sous chef at Eleonore’s at Chateau Yering in the Yarra Valley where he was promoted to executive chef in 2003.
