This was the 4th Edition of the Festival, organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC) under the guidance of Fr [[Maurice Mifsud]] by the name of [[Festival Folk]]. It was decided that in this edition, 21 songs would be performed in the final.

The Fourth Edition of the Festival, organized by the [[Youth Travel Circle]] (YTC), under the leader of [[Maurice Mifsud Fr.]]. The festival again got the name of [[Festival Folk]]. The festival true this years, it grow well, and from this editon the final phase was with 21 songs in the final.
