'''Hot Shots''' is a band who was formed at 1961 by four youngsters. Playing three lead guitars and a drummer.
 
There line-up was [[Arthur Desira]], the late [[Twanny Desira]], [[Lino Desira]], and [[Wilfred Buttigieg]].
 
Mostly they playing hits by the ''The Shadows'', ''The Ventures'', ''The Spotniks'', ''The Shantays'' and others bands of that era.
 
At 1965 The Hot Shots changed name to [[The Templars]], For some times they accompanying  the singer [[Joe Grech]],  normaly they give shows at the [[Rocky Vale]] in [[St Julians]]
 
This the following line-up as seen left to right:
 
[[Dennis Buhagiar]] –Rhythm Guitar, [[Joe Buhagiar]] – Bass Guitar, [[Arthur Desira]] – Second Guitar, [[Wilfrid Buttigeg]] – Lead Guitar, [[Lino Desira]] – Drums.
