Toni Sant is the founder of the Malta Music Memory Project. Born in Malta, Dr Sant is Director of Film and Digital Media at the University of Salford's MediaCityUK campus. He was formerly Director of Research at the University of Hull's Scarborough School of Arts and New Media, where he was also a Reader in Digital Curation.

He produces and presents Mużika Mod Ieħor, an inclusive programme featuring music from Malta, replete with unreleased numbers in all genres, which has surpassed the 500th edition.
