Paul Mintoff

Paul mintoff, an actor and tv personality, was born on the 6 December 1958 and was brought up and lived in Valletta for many years. He now lives in Birkirkara and is married to Actress/tv presenter Denise Mintoff and they have one daughter Paula Mintoff.

Paul Mintoff

At the early age of thirteen, Paul started his acting career playing the part of Jesus. He played this part for a number of years, initially with a youth centre in Valletta and later on with the theatrical company M.A.S.K..

In the meantime Paul played various roles in various plays. He formed part of a theatrical company called Ateatru, a company which produced satirical works of various playwrights, both foreign and local, like Bertold Brecht, Dario Fo, Oreste Calleja, to name a few.

Paul worked with various theatrical companies which produced plays at the Manoel Theatre; Talenti, Dehra mill-Pont (Arthur Miller) and Comedy of Errors ( William Shakespeare), Atturi, Filumena Marturano (Eduardo de Filippo), Maleth, Skapin (Moliere)., etc..

Paul Mintoff has taken part in a number of television productions. His first being Kristu fl-Izbarra, Triq Waħda, Villa Sunset, Miskin Mike and satirical works, Aħna, aħna jew m'aħniex, and later La Tlaqna Tlaqna, Oops, Supernews and many others.

He also took part in various satirical radio programmes. Paul is currently one of the presenters of Malta u lil hinn Minnha, a programme aired on Sunday morning and produced by CVC media.
