Monroe is a UK-based vocal girl group made up of Kelly Schembri, KJ & Katy.

The girls have been writing and recording their own material for the past year and will be releasing their debut single & EP in early 2013. They describe their music as 'Pop' but with a heavy influence from other genres including dubstep & rnb.

The girls were recently chosen to open'The London New Years Day Parade to a global television audience of 280 million viewers and a live street crowd of 500,000. They were also recently invited to BBC Radio London where they were grilled by Eddie Nestor and sang live on air for listeners. Since which the girls debut single Go Home has also been played on BBC Radio London's BBC INTRODUCING.

The girls performed on The Malta Music Awards 2013, alongside other artists such as Peter Andre. They also appeared on other very well established Maltese radio and television programmes during their visit and shot the music video for their first single Go Home.

Monroe have previously opened for other artists such as The Noisettes and will be gigging all over the UK & Europe in 2013. The girls plan to launch & release their debut EP soon after the release of their first single Go Home.

Their song Flame was among the 48 in the preliminary round for the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2015, where they entered with the line-up Nadia Vella, Kelly Schembri and Katie Jones.
