Matteo Depares was born on 26 March, 1994. He comes from St Julian’s and he is a Songwritier, Producer and Engineer.
Honed his craft whilst reading for an MA in Songwriting and Production at the University of South Wales in Cardiff, UK. He has been working as a Producer and Engineer at WickedandLoud studios for the past three years.
In this time he has worked on a number of big projects, including the opening ceremony of 'Valletta 2018 European Capital of Culture' and the final of 'X Factor Malta'.
He is part of the team that works on material for artists such as Amber Bondin, Maxine Pace, Owen Leuellen and Gaia Cauchi.
He is now responsible for running WickedandLoud's studio in Berwick Street, London and is one of the nominees for "Best Producer" at this years' LMAs.
Matteo is a technology-nerd and guitar lover. He enjoys working with pop artists, musicians, and songwriters on original and exciting material, starting from the rawest of ideas and turning them into fully fleshed radio-ready productions.
