Joseph Portelli is a Maltese singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Australia.

He was formerly known as Jay P.

His self-titled EP was released on 10 September 2012 via iTunes and other digital retailers.

The EP features his song How The Times Have Changed which was desigated as a fund raiser for to support Alzheimer's Disease International. This song was included on Toni Sant' 315th Mużika Mod Ieħor podcast on Saturday 6 October 2012.
