Wednesday 13 May 2004 (Michael Bugeja - The Malta Independent)

Since relocating to London almost two years ago, Maltese-born singer/songwriter Fraser Gregory has been hard at work, performing a good number of live performances at key venues, including The Spice of Life, The Arts Café and several others. Further to the two-track demo he recorded in Malta, Fraser recorded another 8 songs in London, but his main focus at present remains the live circuit. On 13 June he will take the stage at the renowned Hope & Anchor in Islington, performing a showcase gig for the music industry alongside percussionist Gabi Hani, a talented musician who is also a regular performer at the Royal Exchange.

In between, Fraser has been making connections in the music world, planning more gigs for the summer and preparing for the famous London Showcase in September. He will, however, be taking time to visit Malta, and as with previous visits, he may be performing some low-key gigs at his favourite local haunts.
