Emmanuel Cilia is an Architect and community worker in Melbourne Australia.

Emmanuel was born in Birgu (Vittoriosa), Malta in 1949 and emigrated to Melbourne Australia in 1964 with his parents. 
He studied in Australia and qualified in Mechanical Engineering and Architectural Design and currently runs his own Architectural Design practice. 


Community involvement

Emmanuel served as President for local Secondary Primary Schools Councils Education boards. He’s a former Secretary of the Maltese Historical Association (MHA). Currently he is the Acting Secretary and Vice President of the MHA. Emmanuel is the current Secretary of the Melita Social Club. He was also a delegate at the 2010 Convention of Maltese Living Abroad representing the MHA. He is the current secretary and treasurer on the Federation of Maltese Living Abroad FMLA.

Emmanuel is married to Marija and has three children, Tanya, Dion and Carl.
