Clyde Michael Puli was born on 13 September, 1969. He is a Politician.
Born at Ħad-Attard he grown up at Ħal-Qormi in the part of Saint Sebastian. He attended the Archbishop’s Seminary and at Liċeo Vassali. He furthered his studies at the UM. Graduated B.A. in Sociology and Communications, and M.A. in Political Sociology.
He contested the elections for the Qormi Local Council in 1994, 1997 and 2000 and was elected. Between 1998 and 2001 he served as Mayor. He contested the general elections since 1998 and was elected in 2003 and 2008.
In 2008 he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for youth and sport.
Between 2003 and 2008 he was a member of the Standing Committee for National Parliaments, chairman Standing Committee on foreign & European Affairs, and head of delegation to Cosac, EU’s Committee for National Parliaments, chairman Standing Committee on Social Affairs (2004-2008), member National Council for Children, and member Board of Trustees of the Richmond Foundation, Malta (2005-2008).
He is a member of the Nationalist Party General Council, of the Executive Committee since 1997, and was member of the PN Adminstrative Council, and President of the Nationalist Party College of Councillors (1997-2003)
He was married and got two children.
