Alfred Giglio was a senior press photographer with Allied Newspapers.
He joined the company as a copy boy at the age of 14. He died at his office in Valletta after a routine news assignment for The Times.
Giglio was 47 years old at the time of his death.
He died on 23 May 2005 at the age of 47.
