Toni Fenech Skalambja was an improvised verse folksinger, born in Mosta. He started folksinging in 1959 and emigrated to Canada at a tender age.

He folksang with fellow Mosta-born folksinger Indri Farrugia l-Miramew, and the Gozitan trio of Karmnu Xuereb In-Namru, Leli Xuereb tan-Namru and Wiġi Micallef Ix-Xidja. He also sang with Fredu Abela l-Bamboċċu during the latter's tour to Toronto.

Although there are a number of existing recordings featuring him in improvised verse bouts, Fenech is rarely known amongst the young folk community in Malta.
