Curmudgeon is the moniker under which Timothy Garrett (former Wyrd Animals front-man) undertakes and releases his solo music.
The project took on a serious note after Wyrd Animals dissolved. However, after a début which did not go well, Garrett changed his styles and method of playing. The music itself is now based around bass guitar, and has been described as experimental.
After the success of the first release, an EP, entitled Δ. (released on 7/4/2013), Garrett decided to continue making this type of music, conceding that he had found his true style of playing.
