am trying to upload a photo of Vince Abela in the working lists for folksingers - but am prevented from doing so. Stub locked. --Steve Borg (talk) 11:33, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

Steve, the stub template is locked because that's not where any photos need to be uploaded or inserted into the article pages. Use the upload file link on the bottom left of the page to upload images and click on the edit tab at the very top centre of the page to include the image you've uploaded on a specific page. --Toni Sant (talk) 12:07, 1 June 2012 (UTC)
