Tarcisio Barbara (born 16 January 1958) is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Żejtun, Malta.

His first band was Flame at the beginning of the 1970s, with members from his hometown Żejtun and the surrounding area.

In the late 1970s, Tarcisio joined/formed VHF, gigging around the island until mid-1980s.

Later on he joined various musicians playing as resident bands in hotels.

On 3 February 1995, Tarcisio placed third in the Malta Song for Europe contest, with Castles Made Of Sand co-written with Manny Busuttil.
