Tarcisio Barbara

Born on 16th January 1958, is a singer songwriter and guitarist.

His first band was Flame at the beginning of the 70's, with members from his hometown Żejtun and the surrounding area.

In the late 70's, Tarcisio joined VHF, gigging around the island until mid-80's.

Later on he joined various musicians playing as resident bands in hotels.

Tarcisio started his Eurovision adventure on the 3rd February 1995, having placed third with 'Castles Made Of Sand' co-written by Manny Busuttil in the Maltese preliminaries.
