Aktar tard, ta’ għaxar snin, il-familja marret toqgħod fi triq Blanche Huber, fejn baqgħet fl-akkwati tal-istess knisja.

Minn eta’ ċkejkna beda jattendi l-Oratorju Sależjan fejn kien ukoll abbati. Minn għand missieru Arthur u minn għand nannuh Ġanmari’ Saydon wiret l-imħabba lejn il-festi u lejn il-kultura reliġjuża ta’ pajjiżna.

Fis-sena 1980 inħatar Segretarju tal-Kumutat tal-Festa Esterna ta’ San Girgor il-Kbir u kien strumentali sabiex fis-sena 1987 twaqqfet is-Soċjeta Mużikali San Girgor (Sliema). Serva ta’ Segretarju ta’ din is-Soċjeta’ għal 25 sena sħaħ. Fis-sena 2022 inħatar Membru Onorarju u sena wara, fis-sena 2023 ikkontesta għall-kariga ta’ President u ġie elett.

Stephen Miceli huwa gradwat B. Ed. (Hons) mill-Universita’ ta’ Malta fis-sena 1989 u P.G. Dip. Educ. Mngt & Admin fis-sena 2005 mill-istess Universita’. Fost karigi ohra fil-qasam tal-Edukazzjoni serva bħala Kap tal-Iskola fl-iskejjel primarju tal-Floriana u tal-Mosta.
