Salvu Galea Tal-Kalora was the son of noted folksinger Ninu Galea Il-Kalora. Salvu, born in Naxxar on 4th November 1944, emigrated to Australia in the 1970s. He featured in singing sessions with Joe Vella Il-Bokser and Loretu Cassar Tas-Siċċu.
He passed away in Melbourne.
