Philip Muscat (9 August 1930 - 31 December 2010) was a Maltese politician and medical doctor from Ħaż-Żebbuġ. He was a Minister in Dom Mintoff's and Karmenu Mifsud Bonnici's cabinets in the 70's and 80's.
