Paul Attard was born at Ħaż-Żebbuġ on 27 September, 1965. He is a guitarist and composer, and work as a teacher of the Maltese language.

He like progressive music and composed a lot of this type music, He was the founder member of the band Stagefright.

He writes mainly for stage, and also writes instrumental music and Incidental music for plays, television programs other u projects, He composed the closing tune of Baħar Wieħed with words by his wife Rita Pace.

Her also wrote with his wife Rita Pace composer's other local festivals but for the most progressive music is associated with. In 2013 he won Best Social Theme with the song Virtwali interprete by Estelle Fenech Imbroll in the L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2013 written by Paul and composed by Mark Scicluna.
