Oscar Lucas (2 March 1921 - 11 August 1996) was a Maltese Jazz musician and Band Leader. In the 1970s Oscar Lucas started playing at the Phoenicia Hotel. He also played at the Las Vegas Jazz Club in Valletta, a club which he co-owned.
