The first phase consists of several evaluation sessions by an expert jury, after which the best 40 songs will be selected. In the second phase, the artists of these songs will perform their song live accompanied by a backing track in front of a professional jury. It is worth saying that this jury will be different from that of the previous phase. After this stage, the 20 songs that will participate in the semifinals of the festival in March 2023 will be selected.
