Mikaela Bajada was born on 6 November, 1996 at Victoria Hospital, Gozo. Raise up at Xagħra. She is a singer. Taken her education at the Bishop Conservatory and at Sir Michelanġ Refalo.

Mikaela taken part in Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza - Talent Żgħażugħ 2011 with the song Kull Maħluq lyrics by Joe Chircop and composed by Mark Spiteri Lucas, the year afetr she alson taken part in Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza - Talent Żgħażugħ 2012 with the song X'Sar Minnhom lyrics by Joe Chircop and composed by Miriam Christine.

She is a study Music and Communication at the University of Malta. Also study the piano under the direction of Alison Hili and singing under the direction of vocal teacher Pamela Bezzina.

She would like to have a career in music. She took part in various local festivals like ilħna tad-Deheb and including the Festival Song Independence Youth Section.

After she qualified from the section of New Talent - Talent Ġdid. On 17 September, 2015 Mikaela Bajada taken part in the Final of Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2015 with the song Għandi Ħolma written by Francesco Pio Attard and composed by Mark Spiteri Lucas, and she win the prize of the Best New Talent.

In July 2016 Mikaela took part in the L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2006 – (Festival Kanzunetta Maltija) with the song Mellisni lyricis by Joe Chircop and composed by Mark Spiteri Lucas. She passed from the Semi-Finali held on Thursday 7 July, 2016 she passed for the Final Night held on Saturday 9 July, 2016 with this song, and he get the third place.
