Michael Chetcuti

Michael Chetcuti (17 April 1966 - 24 February 2018) was a Chemist and Senior Quality Assessor at the Malta Medicines Authority.

Chetcuti was known to colleagues and people in the industry as an exemplary medicine assessor. He was also and Alternate Member of the Quality Working Party at the European Medicines Agency.

An extension to The Malta Medicines Authority premises in San Ġwann, which was inaugurated on 24 August 2018, is named after Michael Chetcuti.

Chetcuti passed away on 24 February aged 51.
