Leading Maltese Doom Metallers Forsaken will be performing live with Shades of Chaos on Saturday 01 December at Poxx Bar. Following the demise of their previous record label Golden Lake, Forsaken recently signed a new record deal with Swedish label I Hate Records for their next studio release. The as-yet-untitled album, described on their website as ‘another epic Doom Metal opus’, will be their fifth release to date and is scheduled for mid-2008. In a statement, I Hate Records said they were long-time fans of Forsaken and that signing the band was a great triumph for the label.
