For The Finals

Nicole Azzopardi, an upcoming figure within the local music industry was the last artist to represent Malta at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 with her entry Knock Knock!… Boom! Boom! finishing in thirteenth (13th) place with just thirty-five (35) points. The announcement was a complete surprise considering that Malta has never resorted to an internal selection beforehand despite having been suggested by several individuals over the years.

Her vocal teacher is Glen Vella, who participated in Malta’s Eurovision national finals in the past years, both times placing in the top three.
