Making Music Malta

Making Music Malta – Saint Lazarus Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation with the aim of supporting local amateur and semi-amateur choirs, musicians and singers.

The Foundation will provide the opportunity for the recognition through association of all groups or individual persons who are ‘making music’ voluntarily in Malta and Gozo.

Making Music Malta will actively:
A. Promote the participation in voluntary music;
B. Provide a platform for all Maltese amateur and semi-amateur musicians and singers;
C. Support activities of its members by promoting them with members and non-members of the Foundation;
D. Provide a number of subsidised services to members;
E. Provide development and training opportunities;
F. Give the opportunity to its members to participate in national and international events organised from time to time;
G. Seek funding both locally and internationally assist its activities for its members.
H. Fund raise for charitable causes according to the provisions laid down in Article 3.

Making Music Malta - Saint Lazarus Foundation is affiliated with the Grand Priory of the Maltese Islands within the Military and Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem - Malta and shall sustain a relationship with the said Order in order to promote and contribute in the Orders philanthropic/musical activities and financial contributions.
