Lina Galea Cumbo (14th, April 1927 - 09th, November 2001) was one of the better-known faces in Maltese teleserials working both as an actress and make-up artist throughout the second half of the twentieth century.
Throughout her career, she also took part in several television films and serials, including TVM's Villa Sunset. She also appeared in Super 1's Qegħdin Sew and in Net TV's Anġli.
Though in recent years an illness stopped her from doing make-up, Ms Galea Cumbo was still active in the television scene.
When not on stage, Lina was often seen putting her make-up skills to good use, and was often engaged by several drama and film companies.
