Leli Cutajar Il-Witli was an improvised verse folk singer, from It-Triq tal-Għajn (Fontana) in Gozo. Brother of Frenċ Cutajar Il-Witli, they relocated to Malta, and years later emigrated to Australia. He was recorded folk singing with Mikiel Abela l-Bambinu in Buskett in 1958, with the subject chosen being Il-Karrozzin. Cutajar passed away in Melbourne.
