Joe Joseph Farrugia born on 9 th April 1962 in Paola he is a writer, broadcaster and author of the lyrics.

Began to publish his works during the nineties. He began to take part in national festivals of our country regularly.

In 1999 was chosen by the American Airlines song to song played whenever requested by Malta on their aircraft. Among others won the Konkors Kanżunetta Indipendenża in 2005

Among international festivals, winning twice the International Festival Discovery done in Bulgaria and the Festival Ti Amo of Romania four times. Wrote works for stage musicals and pantomima including Maltese Christmas 3 times.

He also wrote a number of dramas for television including Simpatiċi and Il- Principal. Wrote a series of biographies that were printed in every newspaper of Sunday in the Torċa 165 total.

Biographies program was producer, part of the production team on Xarabank and is now a broadcaster for radio.
