Began to publish his works during the nineties. He began to take part in national festivals of our country regularly.

Joe Julian also writes for television dramas including in the popular sitcom [[Simpatiċi]], [[Il-Prinċipal]] and [[Xplahh Malħajt]]. It was artikolist newspaper every Sunday and wrote a large number of articles for local magazines. It has also through his blog page [[Kif Naħsiba Jien..]]


He also wrote a number of dramas for television including [[Simpatiċi]] and [[Il- Principal]]. Wrote a series of biographies that were printed in every newspaper of Sunday in the [[Torċa]] 165 total.
Joe Julian is also a broadcaster. He has written and produced a number of programs including biographies, [[Dr. Peel]], [[Menz]], [[Xalamita]], [[Indigo]] and [[Medik]]. He won three awards from the Institute of Maltese Journalists for television works. Joe Julian was also part of the production team of [[Xarabank]] and today is a presenter on [[Radio Malta 2]].
 
Joe Julian is married to Marlene and have two children, Clara and Valentina.
